Privacy notice.

This notice explains what information The Scale Edit collects through this website and how it is used. We collect only what we need to run the private waitlist and The Scale Letter.

Private waitlist

When you request an invitation, we collect your name, email address, business name, optional website, revenue range, biggest scaling challenge, preferred timing, and any optional answer you choose to share. We use this to review your request and to contact you about The Scale Edit — including confirmed dates, location, pricing, and registration.

The Scale Letter

Newsletter subscription is separate from the waitlist and requires its own consent. We collect your first name and email address to send The Scale Letter. Every letter includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Site analytics

We count anonymous events such as page visits and button clicks to understand how the site is used. These counts are not linked to your name or email, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Sharing and security

Your information is stored securely, is accessible only to authorized administrators, and is never sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate this website and send communications.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of communications at any time, by replying to any message you receive from us.
